Why can't I modify a person's information on my account profile?

If the Emergency Contact/Edit/Remove buttons are not visible to modify a person's information in the Account Profile on the Public site, it is because that person has set up a log in using their own personal credentials using a unique email address and password. FeePay will not allow you to modify any person's information if that person has ever logged into FeePay using their own account and login credentials.
